BOUTIQUE WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE

If you are after a true Bespoke experience with all the Bell's and Whistle's, then our Boutique Wedding Planning package is for you. From the search for the perfect Venue to helping you pick your delicious Wedding Cake, we will be with you every step of the way as we help plan and create the Wedding Day of your Dreams. Because of the time we dedicate to you in our Boutique package, we only take on a very limited number each year. So be sure to contact us as soon as you set the date.

Your Boutique Wedding Planning Package includes the following:
√ Complementary initial meeting to discuss your wedding style, vision and numbers.
√ Unlimited email, phone and text contact with your wedding planner - (Mon to Fri 10am to 7pm)
√ We will accompany you to meetings with your chosen suppliers.
√ Help you find your ceremony & reception venues.
√ Sourcing of all suppliers for your wedding day - photographer, hair, makeup, wedding cake, invitations etc…
√ Supply you with quotations and package information from prospective wedding suppliers.
√ We will arrange and schedule any necessary supplier appointments for you.
√ Site inspection of selected ceremony & reception venue with your stylist to discuss your wedding vision.
√ We will work with your stylist to create your wedding ‘Vision Board’ that will show you your design concept.
√ Provide you with coordination and management of contracts, budgets, deposits and progress payments.
√ You will receive a private web page on our website to share your wedding day information with your guests.
√ We will accompany you to your menu tasting and final venue meeting.
√ Creation of your wedding day timeline.
√ Liaise with your suppliers to perfect your timeline.
√ Coordinate your timeline with your reception venue.
√ Work with your wedding photographer and videographer to ensure you have enough time for photos.
√ Provide you with a draft timeline 2 weeks before your wedding day.
√ Distribute your final timeline to all suppliers as well as your MC the week of your wedding.
√ On the day coordination with 2 staff for up to 10 hours.
√ Management and coordination of your wedding ceremony and reception.
√ Contact your suppliers and confirm all wedding details.
√ Ensure your suppliers know that Bespoke Wedding Planning will be the main point of contact on your wedding day.
√ Oversee your wedding ceremony setup and manage suppliers.

PETITE WEDDING PLANNING PACKAGE

This package is perfect if you have already booked your Ceremony & Reception venues as well as some of your other suppliers. After doing this you may have realised that you just don't have the time to finish planning the rest of your day and want someone to step in and help bringing your vision to life. This is where we can help. We will take over the planning and management of your booked suppliers and help you with the rest of your planning.
Your Petite Wedding Planning Package includes the following:
√ Complementary initial meeting to discuss where you are up to in the wedding planning process and how we can help.
√ Unlimited email, phone and text contact with your wedding planner - (Mon to Fri 10am to 7pm)
√ Source remaining suppliers for your wedding day - hair, makeup, wedding cake, invitations etc…

If you have planned and organised your own Wedding but would like some extra help in the lead to your big day, just ask. We will work with you and your suppliers for 2 months before your wedding day to create your Timeline and ensure that everything runs as planned. Our amazing Wedding Day Coordinator will also be there on the big day to ensure you and and your family are relaxed knowing all the details are taken care of.
