What is an All Inclusive Wedding?

An All Inclusive Wedding is a easy and exciting way for you to marry your love. We have teamed up with some of the Wedding Industry’s best suppliers to create our simple, stress free wedding packages that cover all the important aspects of your ideal wedding day, but with minimal planning and decision making on your part. This then leaves you time to focus on each other.

 

How much do your All Inclusive Wedding Packages cost?

As every All Inclusive Wedding Package is different depending on the venue and the various inclusions available, prices vary accordingly. Our All Inclusive Packages start from as little as $18,990 and go upwards from there. Each package’s price, inclusions list and the minimum number of guests are displayed on our website, so feel free to have a browse to get an idea of the price of your desired wedding.

 

How long before the date do we need to book?

Seeing as we will arrange lots of different wedding suppliers and the venue on your behalf, we recommend that you book as soon as you have made your decision to give us the most time to make your day perfect.

 

If I want to book what do I do next?

Simply fill out our enquiry form found on each venues page on our website and we will supply you with a personalised quote. Once you accept our quote, we will send you a copy of all our booking information and you will pay a non refundable booking fee. This fee is 15% of your total package price. From there, we start booking your suppliers and you start to make your wedding day selections. 

 

Can I choose my suppliers?

Of course you can! We do have a team of talented and professional wedding suppliers that we have hand picked to help create your magical day. If you already have a supplier you love, let us know and we will contact them on your behalf to see whether they have your date available. If they are more expensive than our usual supplier, you just need to pay the difference.

 

Do you offer payment plans?

We understand how much of a strain weddings can be on your budget, so we offer you customisable and interest free payment plans. Our aim is to help relieve the traditional financial burden and stress associated with planning a wedding. When you book your All Inclusive Wedding Package you will need to pay a 20% non refundable booking fee to secure all of your suppliers. The rest of the balance can then be paid off weekly, fortnightly, or monthly via direct debit, or by lump sum progress payments if you’d prefer. 

 

Who pays the wedding suppliers?

To keep the entire wedding planning process really simple, you pay Bespoke Wedding Planning the full package price either in instalments or in a lump sum 2 weeks before the date of your wedding. We then pay all the suppliers on your behalf. Just one date and one payment. Who said wedding planning had to be stressful?

 

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due 3 weeks prior to your Wedding Date. 

 

If we cancel our booking what happens?

We understand that sometimes the unexpected happens and you may need to cancel, so we offer partial refunds if this is the case. For cancellations up to 12 months before your wedding date, we will refund you 90% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. For cancellations within 12 to 6 months before your wedding date, we will refund you 60% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. For cancellations within 6 months to 3 months before your wedding date, we will refund you 20% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. For cancellations within 3 months of your wedding date, the full amount of the booking is payable by you.
