Micro Weddings are perfect for those couples who’d love the traditional aspects of a beautiful wedding, in a stunning location with your nearest and dearest present. The difference is it’s all at a fraction of the cost of a traditional wedding and we do the planning for you, so there aren’t tons of decisions to make.
This means there’s next-to-no stress for you! Amazing isn’t it! :) You simply have to turn up on the day in your stunning bridal attire and marry the one you love. It really is that simple!

What is a Micro Wedding?
A Micro Wedding, (formerly a Bespoke or Pop up Wedding), is an easy and exciting way to have an amazing wedding without all the stress, expense & drama that can go along with a more traditional affair. Our aim is to maximise your joy with our intimate, classy and romantic weddings in stunning locations, delivered to you by true professionals.
What is the Cost of a Micro Wedding?
As each of our luxury Micro Wedding Packages have different locations and inclusions, the price will vary accordingly. All the prices for each location and package information are listed on our website. Our packages begin at a very reasonable $7,990 and go up from there based on location and inclusions.
Will other couples be getting Married with our set up?
No, not at all! You choose the date, the time, and one of our stunning venues. We bring along our amazing team and create your magical day just for you and your loved ones.
Is the Marriage legal?
Yes, of course! Our amazing celebrant will arrange the submission of your Notice of Intent to Marry form. Australian laws states that this will need to be submitted no less than 1 month from the day you intend to wed. Unfortunately, same sex marriages are not legal at this time in Australia, although we would be honoured to arrange a civil commitment ceremony for you and your loved one. Micro Weddings are also perfect for vow renewals too!
How long before the Wedding date do we need to book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have made your decision to ensure your chosen date and venue are available. The latest booking we can take for a Micro Wedding is 5 weeks before the wedding date as the legal paperwork must be completed and submitted during this time. It is also based on venue and supplier availability.
How many people can attend our wedding?
Our Micro Wedding Package covers you, your fiancé and up to 20 guests. This number also needs to include children & bridal party. Package upgrades of up to 100 people are available if you wish to have more guests. Of course this will depend on the venue you choose, so send us an email with your final numbers.
If I cancel our booking what happens?
We realise that sometimes people have to cancel, so we offer partial refunds depending on the cancellation date. If you cancel up to 12 months before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of 90% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. If you cancel within 12 to 6 months before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of 60% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. If you cancel within 6 months to 3 months before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of 20% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. If you cancel within 3 months of your wedding date, the full amount will be payable.
Can I change the date of my Micro Wedding after it has been booked?
If the unexpected happens and you need to change the date of your Micro Wedding, we will try our best to transfer your booking to your new date. If we need to book new suppliers due to a scheduling conflict, you will need to pay any new booking fees. You will also be responsible for any cancelation fees associated with the change of date.
When is final payment due?
The final payment for your Micro Wedding Packages needs to be paid 4 weeks before the date of your wedding to enable us to finalise everything.
How do the Interest Free Payment Plans work?
When you book your Micro Wedding Package, you will need to pay a 25% non refundable booking fee to secure your venue and all of your suppliers. After that, the full balance of your booking can be paid off weekly, fortnightly, monthly or in a lump sums via direct debit.
Who pays the wedding suppliers?
Our aim is to make the whole process of paying for your Wedding as easy for you as possible. This means you pay Bespoke Wedding Planning the full package price either in instalments or in a lump sum 4 weeks before the date of your wedding. We then pay all the suppliers on your behalf. This way you have no worries about complicated wedding budgets and numerous payment dates!
