Garden Party Weddings are the perfect way for you and your love to marry in a relaxed and elegant way at a venue you choose. Our package is perfect for Surf Clubs, Holiday Houses, some Wedshed Venues or even your Own Backyard! The great thing is that once you choose your venue you get to sit back and leave the rest of the planning to us.

What is an Garden Party Wedding?
A Garden Party Wedding is a new and exciting way to get married. It's for couples who are after something a little different from tradition, but still want a beautiful and romantic day. You can still have all the formalities like speeches, first dance, cake cut if you wish, or you can skip it all and just relax and enjoy your guests. The choice is yours :)

Are Garden Party Weddings available at all Reception Venues?
No they aren't. Garden Party Weddings are perfect for surf clubs, holidays houses, some Wedshed venues, halls and even your own backyard. They are not suitable for a traditional wedding venue or a place where they supply their own catering and drinks packages. This package has been designed to cover all the things you would need if you have to hire everything in and run the day yourself.
How much do your Garden Party Wedding Packages cost?
Our standard Garden Party Wedding Packages start at $13,390 and goes upward from there depending on the cost of your chosen venue. You can also add a great selection of upgrades if you wish.
Can I change the Package?
Of course you can…if you can dream it up, we will try our best to make it happen! We have a variety of romantic options available that we can suggest, or you can tell us what you fancy.
How long before the date do we need to book?
We recommend booking as soon as you have made your decision as it will give us plenty of time to plan the perfect wedding day for you. However, we realise that advance notice isn’t always possible, so the latest booking we can take for an Garden Party Wedding Package is 6 weeks before your wedding date. This will allow us enough time to make arrangements and to complete and submit your legal paperwork.
How many people can attend our Garden Party Wedding?
Our Garden Party Weddings Packages are designed for a minimum number of 50 people. If you wish to have more then they are charged at $55 per person based on our standard package. Numbers may be limited depending on the venue you choose.
Can I change the date of my Garden Party Wedding after it has been booked?
If you need to change the date of your wedding, we will try our best to transfer your booking to your requested date. If we need to book new suppliers due to a scheduling conflict, you will need to pay any new booking fees incurred. You will also be responsible for any cancelation fees associated with the change of date.
If I cancel our booking what happens?
We realise that sometimes people have to cancel, so we offer partial refunds depending on the cancellation date.
If you cancel up to 12 months before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of 90% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. If you cancel within 12 to 6 months before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of 60% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. If you cancel within 6 months to 3 months before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of 20% of all moneys paid/owed less the booking fee. If you cancel within 3 months of your wedding date, the full amount will be payable.
When is the Final payment due?
The final payment for your Garden Party Wedding Packages is due 4 weeks before the date of your wedding. If you book with us with less than 6 weeks notice, the total amount payable is due at the time of booking.
How do the Interest Free Payment Plans work?
When you book your Garden Party Wedding Package, you will need to pay a $2,500 non refundable booking fee to secure all of your suppliers. The full balance of your wedding can then be paid off weekly, fortnightly, or monthly via direct debit, or in lump sum payments.
Who pays the wedding suppliers?
We try to make the whole process of paying for your wedding really simple. You pay Bespoke Wedding Planning the full package price either in instalments or in a lump sum 4 weeks before the date of your Wedding. We then pay all the suppliers on your behalf. Who said Wedding budgets have to be tricky!
